I got Claws Big Ol Mess Po Boy: Shrimp, cod,crawfish, fried clams on a Toasted garlic butter hero topped with fresh slaw, remoulade sauce and slice pickles.

Fried clams as appetizer.

those bass bones boiled down 30-45 minutes, 6 quarts of goodness, 4 plain in freezer, 2 quarts ready for for some greens…
was a clear broth, not gelatinous, amazing amount of flesh leftover… Head without eyes fell apart… cellfish…
