Started with accordion sliced pork belly. Salt, pepper, garlic, brown sugar, little oil, Japanese BBQ sauce and put in air fryer.

Next, grilled thick pork chop seasoned with low and slow BBQ seasoning, grilled portobello mushroom and zucchini with truffle balsamic glaze. Little southwest pepper sauce on the chop.
