I shy away from posting every time I make a nice culinary discovery, but I had to share this one. Today, the Admiral wanted to go shopping in a small town we haven't explored yet. On a blind whim, we decided on Gardiner and while we walked through town I noticed a tantalizing version of one of my favorites, corned beef hash. Since it was well-after lunch and we hadn't eaten, we decided to share that, which was fine as it was a massive dish. It WAS AMAZING!!
