Not sure what to eat today. Wife not feeling the greatest. I’m just tired from taking care of things around the house.

What to eat? Stop in at Meat Farms and wander around and notice the pork cutlets look super fresh and thin. Pound out a bit further and put aside. Chop some bacon, slowly render, add onions, peppers, tomato pulp, garlic, carrots. Once softened, 3 teaspoons of flour. Turn heat up and mix until goopy. Not quite a cooking word! Slowly add stock, Worcestershire sauces, gravy bouquet and continue cooking. Lower heat. Flour pork cutlets and put into thin layer of hot avocado oil and eventually add to sauce. Broccoli with a little butter, Chardonnay wine and Parmesan cheese adding more wine as it evaporates. Small Yukon potatoes and onions.
