Well not tonight, but much to my delight, I just found out that my fav0rite NY Italian Pork Store, Esposito's on 9th Avenue has an internet store, and Parsley Cheese Sausage, my favorite that cannot be found in Chicago, Boston, or Maine Italian meat stores or supermarkets, was available!!!

There was a fellow Forum Member who often traveled downto LI & visit another Mod who would act as my "Mule" and run "Saws-eech" across state lines. Regrettably, his trips to LI have stopped and I was going through sausage-induced DTs until today when my "Care Package" arrived. Think I'll grill a wheel or 2 this weekend and just pig out...

Got out of work a bit later than I wanted, but whatever. My daughter was finished with work before me and noticed the beautiful fresh blackfish fillets in the refrigerator from my trip with Captain Mike. We also had a fresh head of Long Island cauliflower staring at us along with some small Yukon potatoes. Her thought was a pan seared “naked” blackfish dish with cauliflower mash and Parmesan crusted smashed potatoes. We teamed up to make a fantastic dish.
