those are me favorite “lamb steaks”, shoulder blade sliced… i love em on a hot wood fire grill…
pork shoulder steaks too, wood fired grilled, super yummy… cellfish…

One for two this evening with the oysters and clams I collected on Friday...

The Fail: As I had some fresh Pesto in the fridge, I decided to top some oysters with it and bake them. Total miss, Pesto made for pasta doesn't cut it for shellfish. If I had any basil left, I could try rejigging the pesto recipe for oysters, but I have enough sure fire oyster toppings, so no need.

The Hit: Linguini and White Clam Sauce, how can one miss with a classic like that?
