Whats on tonights Menu

sorta "winged" this one - had sort of a partial recipe for something else - combined it with another recipe I thought sounded good & came up with this...................

Came out surprisingly good!!

Cilantro-Lime Calamari with Linguine
Warm Italian Bread (from "the Market Lady")
Glass of Red

Needless to say - I forgot to add the Cilantro as Garnish before taking the picture. I did get a portion of it into "the sauce" however during the simmering stage.
Never made Calamari before. Friend dropped off 3 pound of it last month & I've been mulling over how to prepare it. I've never had other then fried as an appetizer. This works well.


And yes Crabby.
