And as a backup grilled sausage, homemade sauce and pasta with fresh shaved parmigiana cheese.

Thinnly sliced brisket rolled and grilled dipped in garlic, salt, pepper, and sasame oil. Pickled korean raddish, dried radish in red peper sauce, dried then pan fried fiddlehead fern, kimchee, stir fried baby bokchoi, korean miso soup, and fresh jalapenos with hot papper paste.

that looks great - I'd probably love it - but - it would rip my stomach to pieces........
