Whats on tonights Menu

Been looking at a can of Portuguese Sardines that have been sitting in the pantry for years. At lunch today I figured WTF, if it's good enough for @Old Mud , it's good enough for me so I throw them between 2 pieces of toast and a couple of slices of red onion.

Was really good!!

Could never acquire a taste for them we use to use them in the shark chum slick
 
sirloin to me seems to ba a soft, very wet cut;, I wrapped da streak two days ago wit paper towels and today those towels absorbed a lot... today prepped da steak wit oil, S&P on very hot black skillet ? for whatever reason da crust was remarkable and steak ? was sweet & soft, 4 ?... cellie...
