Defrosted some good size snappers tonight (8 filets fed both me and SWMBO) marinade, aluminum foil canoe on the barbie, and am now defrosting some venison for tomorrow. Still have a good amount of fish and venison from last year due to all the takeout we have been doing when my son and his girl come over and the one night that SWMBO works. (Except for barbecue, I don't cook. The disadvantage of hitchhiking to college and not cooking on my own when young, lol)
