they just regular supermarket steak fries - after they are finished baking/frying I spritze 'em with either white or black truffle oil - sometimes toss 'em with fresh parsley if I have it as well

the truffle oil gives them a nice finish flavor & aroma - I like the black oil a little better then the white - gives it a bit more "pungent & smoky" flavor & aroma then the white - jazz's up your everyday mundane fries
