3 medium eggplant ? roasted toil soft. ,olive oil, added a bit of garlic too…

scoop out meat, mash wit things ex: rosemary, cumin, lemon, parsley, whatever S&P…

crackers, carrots, celery, chilled white wine… ask market lady to come ova… cellfish…
