I bought that “truffle oil”, gonna give a try on potatoes…

Mr. W. Also bought this “glaze” which I thought was the expensive balsamic vinegar I suggested a while back..… it was the Glaze I had on cruse dripped over a pork chop to be the choice… cellfish…

Morning & thanx Chevy, i do like da Old Faithful condiment “Heinz Ketchup”, for potatoes ? ova Mr.W’s, Truffle Oil… it’s good but I’ll use it somewhere else… me think Malt Vinegar would be fun too… have a safe, sunny day… cellfish…

Yes, I cooked it in the air fryer. Not totally burnt, but a nice crisp on it.
