Little bit of everything. First, put some brine chicken thighs and "country style" spare ribs on grill, rubbed with one of the spice combos I could find in this mess, LOL charcoal and apple wood. Burgers, cheese and parsley sausage, tomato mozzarella, mac pot coles slaw salad.

These are now in the oven wrapped in foil at 275, with some sweet chili wing sauce from Pepper Palace. We shall see.

Dinner! Ribs from last night. Came out great. Amount of smoke was good, rub good, and sauce provided the zip. Simple salad, blue cheese dressing and extra crumbles.
