Dinner last night. Left over sliced filet mignon quick seared with a dash of Maggi seasoning, garlic spinach with onions, baked with cheddar cheese on a Kontos 9" pre-grilled panini bread. A bit of spicy chipotle chili aioli. Then folded and eaten like a gyro.
