Don’t know how I screwed up the Pic but nonetheless; Eggplant Parm with Penne.

Long day in CT. Ate at Harvest in Greenwich. Oysters. Wood fired skirt steak, truffle fries, asparagus. That sauce was a cross between a traditional steak sauce with a hint of barbecue sauce. More vinegar. Excellent! Could not get the recipe out of the bartender.
