Long day in CT. Ate at Harvest in Greenwich. Oysters. Wood fired skirt steak, truffle fries, asparagus. That sauce was a cross between a traditional steak sauce with a hint of barbecue sauce. More vinegar. Excellent! Could not get the recipe out of the bartender.

I get most of my meats from Costco. There was 10 in the pack and George Forman cooked them for me. ?
