It is been a while since I had it

So I had to work today, all good, I am happy to be busy!

My wife and mother prepped dinner today. Did the corned beef thing which actually is a favorite of mine. My in laws attended, my mother, my son and everything was good. Served with mashed potatoes, carrots and soda bread. And Mister Mustard, the favorite mustard of the group. Just a corned beef photo. The rest is left to imagination.

Went to my local Pub this Afternoon and the owner asked if would taste/sample/comment on the St. Paddy’s day menu. All was very good but the Corned Beef was the most tender I’ve had in a while. And it was cooked in the Oven. Who says there is no such thing as a free lunch.
