When I was still working I spent 2 days a week in my NYC Office (43rd floor of what use to be called the GM Building - corner of 5th & 59th across from Central Park) there was a stand selling 'em on the opposite corner. Use to eat there at least once i swas there.

I was on 59th and Madison from 1997 to 2005 - there was a great cart with steak sandwiches and everything up on I think 63rd and Madison. Always had long lines.

We used to enjoy Mickey Mantle's on Central Park South as well - wonder if it's still there.
