Ate at Stella's Ristorante in Floral Park last night for a retirement gathering. I could get used to eating there!

I had the veal milanese with tomato onion salad on top.

I should have ordered the breaded and baked pork chop stuffed with prosciutto fontina cheese and something else, LOL.

Giant chop and folks raved about the tenderness of the meat. Next time!

We have been using guanciale in place of pancetta and loving it!
