Salami, Pepperoni, Prosciutto, Soppressata, Mortadella, Provolone, Lettuce, Tomato, Sweet and Hot Peppers and oil vinegar. Not sure on price, friend picked it up for me. That's considered their roll. If you get a full hero you can pretty much feed 4 people with that thing!!

Man. I used to live in Farmingdale during my formative years (I5 to 15) before my family moved to East Nortport. It has changed in those 55 years for the better. You can now eat & drink your way from one end of town tio the other. A "foodie's paradise".

Had dinner tonight at the High Tides Taco Bar. Excellent. If you're looking for tacos or oretty much anything else Mexican - you wannba stop here.

Had the Lobster Taco
Fresh Lobster drizzled with Citrus Ailoi Pico, Avacado, & Lettuce
And the Seared Tuna
Seared Tuna with Teriyaki Seasame Ginger, Pico, Avacado & Lettuce

And of course 2 Coronas with lime.
