I guess with the coming weather forecast, I will likely need to wait until at least next week to experiment with fresh local herring( that I harvest) recipes in my air fryer. Meanwhile, last night I had my mouth watering to try air fryer spearing. After carefully culling only 3 inch guys or smaller, I left them in the bait shop's fridge . Bummer. With any luck, I will harvest some really fresh spearing at Magnolia this afternoon and try em later tonight.. Hey, anyone know a good easy to make aioli for the spearing? I hear rice wine vinegar with soy sauce is nice. I prefer tartar sauce or my homemade pink tartar sauce. LOL. ? ?️

Cell don’t fry in olive oil use avocado oil instead or ghee.

So blessed these days to lead an active life and being Santa's Helper. I am eating stuff that is not Keto or Gluten free and do not care. I am guilt free. This Point Lookout deli combo is my dinner tonite. Black forest ham, swiss, turkey, tomato, lettuce and store made cole slaw. I added celery seed, parsley flakes and teeny twist of sea salt to cole slaw. Good eating. ?

i bought 2 bunches of rabe @ $3.50 each., as i was washing the greens, i said maybe i shouldn’t have bought 2… after cooking em down, i said nope i did good wit the 2…

$7.00 greens,
$3.00 spaghetti, good for 2/3 days ,
$2.50 sausage,
.50 cent lemon water,
better than any restaurant…

im holding at 210 lbs inda morning… WTF…

besides WK, i see greens more often in your diet wouldn’t hurt… ??

and i just came back from a 25 mile bike ride… cellfish… ?
