I like them but IMHO most beans taste the same, it’s mostly just texture. Depends on what sauce, broth etc. you put them in.

ignore Whatknot, he eats pasta 5 times a week… ? Lentils are a Legume not a Bean…

LENTILS are great, YELLOW, GREEN , BROWN,, all great…easy on the system and preparation… taste great too, prefer lentils over meat dish mostly… Lentils have a earthy flavor by itself… Yellow Lentils, buttery sweet…

as a side dish to protein , or w/ rice , pasta… wonderful… great on cool days… cellie…

Shrimp, salad, roasted asparagus, sautéed asparagus, sautéed leeks, carrots, mashed potatoes, spiral ham and a leg of lamb. Going to have good lunches this week ???
