Haven’t had eggs like that in a long time. Awesome!!

We had ham, mashed potatoes, balsamic carrots, creamed corn and cream spinach. Pineapple gravy came out great. No pictures. Just this one after dinner when my son got hungry again.

Home from a fantastic Holiday feast next door.

I know when I sit down at a table where my setting is stacked with different sized plates it’s going to be a traditionAl Italian style Easter feast.

Every year is a little different but all the staples were there which I like these, meats cheeses olives , stuffed mushrooms , peppers and other items. After that I could be done but then a pasta dish and then a meat dinner, this year it was a ham.

Sorry no pics, I was over indulging and lost in it all.
Ready for bed.
