I blanch it for 3 minutes then saute with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sundried tomato, garlic & cracked black pepper - excellent.

Thanks for this recipe - I'll give it a try.

i didn’t need that recipe as it’s the same simple method i do, except for the blanching part…blanch liquid is nice to be saved for drinking ,tall glass… i hope chevy gives it a try… the author feels the same way as i do, “ one of the best dishes of your life “ ???

Chicken (Planko Coated) Parmigiana with Rigatoni. Boutique (very small) joint called Botte, they have one in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Very good and enough for two meals. I’ll be trying them again.

Wife spent the day with her mom and dad in the hospital. Dad needed a little probing to rule out any clogs or blockages. All turned out well but wife needed a little out. Stopped in at Drift 82 for some drinks and some nibbles.
