I'm always amazed how baking wonton wrappers on a cookie sheet crisps them up into "crackers"

Snap I will see what I can do, the only thing I did was catch the fish. I gave the bag of tog to my Mom and she made them, I just stopped by her house after work today for dinner.

I do that on the grill - scale 'em, clip the fins, head on - couple of verticle "slashes, olive oil & some garlic in the "slashes"
