How do you keep that moist? My few times making it ended up a bit dry. When I made more a a stew type meal, it was juicy and tender - thanks to a little bacon rendering.

How do you keep that moist? My few times making it ended up a bit dry. When I made more a a stew type meal, it was juicy and tender - thanks to a little bacon rendering.

Only smoke for a hour hour 1/2 tops
