that's how you do it? I hear beef & think 10-15 minutes tops.....
Great big pile of vegetables with the short ribs on top of them one bottle of Cabernet wine and enough stock to bring the liquid level to 1/3 up on the actual ribs. Three hours later come back take the ribs out and pour that delicious gravy through some cheesecloth, and leave that sauce on the stove and reduce it

Hours?

Luckily I didn't pay full price for them. Their shelflife was expiring & Walmart had reduced the price from $15 a package to $8. Having never had them before on a whim I picked 'em up.

So what did I learn?

  • I don't know how to grill short ribs
  • I don't especially like short ribs (at least how I grilled them)
  • I'll never buy short ribs again
Threw 'em out....

Going up to Subway.

Cause you cooked them wrong there’s 1 million recipes online when you try something new
