So what did I learn?
Threw 'em out....
- I don't know how to grill short ribs
- I don't especially like short ribs (at least how I grilled them)
- I'll never buy short ribs again

Yes.
They are larger than your normal Collassal Gulf Shrimp - but tougher. Didn't really care for the texture or taste.
no - normal 4 minute boilprobably overcooked.
