Last night I finished smoking a corned beef and made a second one in the crockpot with the potatoes, carrots and cabbage.
Then I made twice baked potatoes. I scooped out all the potatoes and mashed them with sour cream a little milk and butter, S&P , chopped green onions and mild cheddar cheese. Also buttery sautéed cabbage.
The potatoes were delicious as was the pepper rubbed smoked corned beef. It was more like pastrami
