I definitely need to start my ribs earlier in the morning. Last night the ribs didn't come out until 8:00pm. A little late for me to be eating a load of ribs. But we ate some and enjoyed them.

Here's a photo of the end of an era after being based in Colorado for five years. This is the last of my honey that I harvested in 1993. These are the cream of the crop, Buckwheat Honey. It's gathered by the bees in late summer. When you see buckwheat being collected, you harvest your golden honey. Buckwheat is by far the finest honey I harvest. I was based in CO for five years. During four of them, I got into bee hives. Just before being transferred I had 25 hives that I fully constructed myself including collecting swarms to populate the hives. My last harvest was 53 gallons of beautiful liquid gold. It was absolutely crazy. A 55 gallon drum of honey from my backyard. (ten gorgeous acres in the amber fields of waving grain).

Crabman, yes thanks,

it’s a typical ā€œ anytime ā€ dish, Middle Eastern/ mediterranean…

Hummus, i like dried chick peas over canned, although it’s almost the same in the end…

the Tabouli is from Bulgar wheat ( dried bean section ) , a lot of italian Parsley, scallion, a little, tomato Olive Oil, lemon…

parsley needs to be de stemmed, takes a little effort…
