That bacon looks great. I get my bacon in Maine from a farm up there now it’s so good.

Had some fun in the kitchen this morning. It began with my air fryer and bacon.
From there, I usually don't use boxed pancake mix, but when I do, I use Krusteaz. I mixed it as per the directions and poured it in a dispensing bottle.
I dried the bacon grease and cut each piece in half. With the bottle I zipped a strip of batter on my griddle, placed a piece of bacon in the mix and zipped a strip of batter on top of the bacon.
Flipped them when ready to flip
Delicious. My grandkids love them.

I love blowfish. I vacuum pack fifteen pounds of tails every fall for family and friends. The fall run of blowfish are smaller than the spring run. They vacuum freeze great.
Damn they look great. I only had a few meals of them last year

I was too tired to cook as my day started at 3:00 AM.
Went over to Drift 82 with my awesome wife and daughter. They ordered the Drift Lobster and I ordered the black sea bass special with squid ink pasta. The change was from a red sauce to a garlic wine sauce. Crispy skin was a highlight!

I spent a lot of time in Chiang Mai, Thailand with one of my daughters who lived there. If had only one type of cooking to choose, it would be Asian. Tonight I steamed some fresh caught bass and a nice grouping of aromatic herbs with sprouted brown rice. The sauce with the rice is incredible.
