opened 4 links of plain pork sausage, some spices, Garlic, Chile, Cumin powder, Fennel Seed, Salt & Pepper... one of the most flavorful hamburger type I ever had /made... just a little onion on a soft bun... yum... cell...

Well got another visit from Pepe LePew yesterday, but when I hauled in, I was pleased that I did have something to eat, this big-azz chowdah clam lodged between the anchor's flukes, so I added it to the shellfish collection in a lobster crate that hangs off the dock.

I also got skunked this AM, so my craving for blackened Striped Bass Sammiches was shot, but while thinking about that clam, I transferred the craving to Linguini w/White Clam. As I began prep, I realized that I had a few cherry tomatoes that would need to be eaten soon, so I decided to blister and add them while making the White Clam, along with the first Roccus Herb Garden harvest of parsley and oregano. They all made for a tasty and colorful prep...

Great place, run by a family with the best Groundfish Party Boat Captain up in these parts on the F/V Bunny Clark that you guys probably saw tied up by Barnacle Billy's. The First Bush was a frequent visitor there...
