Pasta and a seasoning packet my daughter brought me from Italy. Only came with ingredient list no directions. Definitely have to work on this. It wasn’t bad but very bland

My brother made what he calls buckboard bacon. Instead of pork belly it’s made from pork shoulder. It was wet cured for a week and then smoked. It frys like bacon but doesn’t shrink as much. Also meatier.
