Haddock coated with pancake mix seasoned with garlic powder, salt and pepper and sauteed in butter. Sauteed spinach and roasted red potatoes.

Yes.
Season the mix with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Dredge fillets and let them sit until the mix absorbs the moisture from the fish, then dredge them again and fry.

Josie likes this much better than flour, egg and breadcrumb.
