My wife is making Julia Child’s recipe of Beef Bourguignon . She’s made it a few times over the years
Its been simmering on the stove for a couple of hours now and it smells freaking awesome
Gonna serve it over mashed potatoes
Cant wait as it will be a perfect hot meal on a cold night after spending 4 hours snow blowing and shoveling out today
