Hey W, it’s so simple it ridiculous, stove top is easier, faster than d oven,,, doesn’t heat up house...

Filets in pan, olive oil first than the spices, garlic powder, herbs S&P, tomatoes,olives, lemon, water or, white wine , cover 10 minutes,

Rice or toasted bread, ??? cellie...
