You are right, meant the flat. So was it 2 hours on smoke and 2 in the oven?Randy, do you mean the point half? It was the flat half. The leaner half. Still works great for smoking and pot roast. But your right, most smokers prefer the whole brisket or point half because of the deckle with the fat. Juicy.?This weighed about 4#
