It’s ESCAROLE & BEANS, easy to make, this online recipe dosemt use enough GARLIC, & Olive oil... the Escarole needs to be chopped & washed and I wouldn’t need to include parsley... I do like to use dry beans over canned, both good, Bon Appetite.. cellie...

I’ll make that on occasion, when I’m motivated. Cleaning the ‘scarole’ is a PITA; always found them to be real dirty.

Wahlburgers tonight again. All natural Angus Beef which is their combination of brisket, short rib and chuck. Picked em' up at Stop & Shop to try them out. I had two last night and they were very good! Surprised.
