Went to my moms. Started with a cold antipasto. Then rigatoni, meatballs, sausage, pig skin, and braciola. Washed it down with some strawberry shortcake. Some cheat meal on my diet lol.

I still have four hours to go on the beef bone broth. I will have it for lunch tomorrow before we go into Manhattan.
I have some bean sprouts, baby bok choy and baby spinach I can ladle it over.
When i tried the broth it sucked. It had no flavor. I followed the recipe to a T.
So this morning I roasted some chuck and simmered it in the broth for two hrs. That fixed it.
 
Lunch: Broiled Salmon fillet with dill and steamed spinach.

Dinner: Grilled chicken cutlets that I marinated in Italian dressing this morning and a salad.
 
I was going to make the same thing if the broth didn't come out any better. I'll make that tomorrow.

Josie is enjoying the broth with some fresh veggies.

I still have a quart of the pho broth in the freezer, if you come up I'll get the fixings and make it for you.
 
I’m in the mood for a nice bone in ribeye. Last time I was at Costco they had the ribeye cap rolled up. That has to be amazing.
