ramekin??
Small bowels you put things to be baked in the oven, such as French Onion soup and pot pies.

Depends on what size ramekins, I have lots of them, but nothing big enough to make a pot pie I that would satisfy me. I mainly use them on the odd occasion that I make soufflé's.
 
I just put up a pot of Beef Bone Broth. Later I'll make sauce for tonight's pizza. And I'm going to make escarole and beans.
It's a good day to stay in and cook.
