Whats on tonights Menu

My son makes his own,is that how you do it or buy it already made?
I make my own. It's an all day process.
I need to find a place where the bones are cheaper. The store I go to wants $1.99 a pound.
It doesn't taste like the beef broth you buy in the store. I add some beef to it the last two hrs to give it some flavor.
 
Tonight/today,duck wings and asparagus topped off with orange marmalade sauce..
