I agree, not big fan of too much time...people love it tho.

but I also think that strip was well over 28 days if I had to guess based on funk I’d say closer to 45 or 60

but it had to be mis labeled pretty something fresh direct just needed to make go away

the package was labeled dry age / choice

personally I think it was a dry aged prime that was getting to much time one it so they dumped it before it got to funky
