Hey Ben, have a nice fish store right by me. They started getting them couple weeks ago. Keep your eyes open tis the season. Funny thing is usually by May I never step inside a fish store.

You can do it by seed or buy root stock in early spring. But you can’t harvest until it has grown for two years.
