Which boat for $125k

I'd buy used and fix up a Boat. You could hire a mechanic for 6 months with that kind of money and have him build you a fine craft. So many used boats for sale , I would never buy new . I see guys pay $200,000 plus for a New Downeaster Boat. You could buy the Hull, Cabin, Deck for less than $50,000 and put in the rest for about $50,000 or so. I bought a new 25 Foot Eduardono Panga Boat for less than $14,000. The only Boat I'd ever buy new. 50 HP Etec Engine will push me over 20 knots and I'll burn 2 gallons a trip.

We decided on the 2022 Robalo 230 powered w/ 250hp Yams ?

Very nice and congratulations! One minor comment: is there a reason the TM was mounted that way? Could it not be mounted along either the port or starboard gunnel? Looks a little intrusive, but again, I'm just going off a picture.

May she bring you, your friends and family many years of enjoyment and happiness.

I caught a lot of King Mackerel while living in FL in the early 70's and I believe Lep is right. Mouth and teeth along with shape are all consistent with the southern "Kingfish". Kind of rare to see those up here.
I agree it does look like a King Mackerel "Kingfish"
A few years back while visiting my father in FLA he booked a charter with a local guide and we launched out of Clearwater and fished the Gulf. I was zoned in on grouper while my father was catching one after another of these and having an absolute ball with them on light spinning gear. They did alot of swimming and circling of the boat we were on and I remember having to keep pulling my line up to get out of his way LOL :p:p
