GREAT PITCHING beats good hitting.Who would have thunk it? NATS up 2-0 beating Cole & Verlander in Houston. Cole had not lost a game anywhere since May. No matter how the series turns out, ( I bleed Yankees Blue Pinstripes) the NATS have my respect and support. They are a super red hot team on a roll and as before winning a gazillion games in the regular season does not ensure success in the World Series. Check Miami Marlins, Angels, Red Sox, Cardinals and Giants . LETS GO NATS!!

Astros a credit to my American League and victor over my Yankees. They have my respect for not just laying down and rolling over. Making this a compelling and watchable World Series. Scherzer and Strasburg VS. Cole and Verlander coming up. That should be worth watching. Dislike entire National League including the METS.
BUT, Lets go NATS.

Astros do not hit as well when the pitcher does not tip his pitches. Then again Strasburg makes many good hitters look quite ordinary. Please Hal Steinbrenner empty the bank and give Strasburg what he wants when he opts out after this season. He is the post season locomotive we Yankees need. 5 and 0 this post season.
