Whats on tonights Menu

Ah, Locatelli Pecorino Romano. Nana beat that one, and imported Auricchio Provolone, into my head with her wooden spoon from an early age. I still live in constant fear of her heat-seeking wooden spoon coming around the corner to bop me on the head if I ever buy one of those green cardboard shaker containers of grated cheese...

Thank God Sam's Club has these cheeses out here. I usually clear the shelves on my infrequent visits and vacuum seal the pieces for future use...

She broke the wooden spoon on my ass when I was about 8. I laughed and then she said she was gonna use the metal one with holes in it next time. I won the battle but lost the war.

I'll do you one better. Once she broke a brand-new one over my head. It was a freak shot, just caught the grain right because I barely felt it, BUT THEN, "Ahhhh!!! You broke my new wooden spoon!!!!" She immediately picked up the old, aged, tempered one which wasn't about to break, and started chasing me for breaking her new one...

I think the Planet would be a better place if their were a few more Nanas breaking wooden spoons on any part of little boys bodies. I know my little behind was hurting more than once.
