I remember as a kid. Being at the house at a number of different families.
People would come and visit. I was always intrigued by the culture and
different ethical behavior. I strongly recommend watching this and looking
further into it. It makes it easier to know the people, who they are and

I had my roof done in the fall. I only had one layer of shingles so I just put another layer down.
So far so good...knock on wood.

What do they say is wrong with the work that they need to come back and repair their work?

I took it for granted that the job was done and finished, but now I feel like I gotta crawl up in my attic to check, next time it pours.

I had the same thing happened to me at my last house when I had the roof done they came back twice most of the time it’s because they didn’t install the flashing correctly very very common do you have leaks once you have a new roof installed unfortunately.

Shingle started to come up on the ridge cap, removed shingles 10’ either side of the leak, new paper, tar, & reinstall shingles. If we had gone to Fla for three months as planed, would have had the hallway ceiling down in April.......John

I don’t sit , I fall asleep. Just finished vacuuming the house. Now have to vacuum seal all the meat the Mrs. Just brought home.
