iBonds are paying 1.38%. Limit to $10k per person and another $5k in paper with your tax return. Not bad for an emergency fund. There are some rewards checking accounts that pay 2% and I found a savings account the pays 3%. Anyone want info on those let me know.

Also an AMD fanboy since the '90s and used their processors in all my home builds too, including the one I'm typing this on. In the late 90s I bought some AMD stock with some fun money. This was before they bought ATI and I took a bath on the AMD stock. I'm guessing it's more the ATI side of the business driving things now, along with the fact that Apple has dumped Intel in favor of going back to their own processors. Does Apple make these or did they subcontract out to AMD??
