Not sure what you mean BennyV. My card has a stick on label from the actual vaccine used with details like lot number and expiration date on it, so anyone would have to make those also.

It's not "ironclad", but it's a further step up from just filling out a blank card.

I’ve seen people looking at their friends and filling out a blank one in a Starbucks with all of the above mentioned information. Kind of nuts.
