Just finished up another session with "Knowing Jack". Been a good weekend, got boat winterization and shrink wrapping covered, along with the winter hauling of my dock float.

A former boss once told me, "You don't realize how much you know until folks call and offer you serious $$ for all you know". He was so correct...

I usually just go the garage fridge with a clam knife and bottle of hot sauce, open one at a time, slurp 'em down, and throw the shells on the grass

When they're stored in a crate off the dock, I've been known to do the same, sitting on the tied-up boat, opening them, slurping while having a cold one, and tossing all waste overboard. I'm working on my own shell midden...
