Whats on tonights Menu

Went to Parlor House Grill in Sayville with my wife. Always good food. Started with baked clams. Chicken Milanese with rice pilaf, wife just wanted seafood bisque and Caesar salad. Nice to see old friends.
Have you been to the Portly Villager in Sayville was there a few years ago loved the food
 
I cant believe Crickets in Sayville closed…..

That was the best resturant

Portly Villager good also. Went once after playing Golf.
Parlor house was ok, have not been there in years, remember a good Mac n cheese and steak.
 
4 egg (never seen such small jumbo eggs) Omelet with pepperonI, sharp cheddar and a bit of garlic and onion powder. Tasted really good but I do have to work on that folding thing.

Looks good, but if I may share how I do it.

I usually have the broiler on when I make an omelet. I also use a bit more olive oil in the pan, add eggs and let bottom set, put under broiler until top sets, add fillers (cheese, mushrooms, etc.), back under broiler and then back to burner. All done by look and feel. Then just slide slowly out of the side of the pan gently until half on plate and one gentle move turn pan over and second half should fold out of pan and omelet closed.
